Who We Are

Meet Ken Robertson: Your Peer & Advisor

I'm Ken Robertson, and I founded Sierra Creek Ventures with a singular vision: to offer property owners and investors a level of insight typically found only among peers. My journey spans over 30 years in real estate, including:

Institutional Commercial Real Estate: A 25-year career providing advisory services at the highest level, including serving as Central Region President for KBS Realty Advisors, overseeing $5 billion in commercial real estate investments.

Residential & Commercial Owner/Developer: Direct, hands-on experience owning, developing, and managing properties, giving me a profound understanding of the intricacies and realities of the market from your side of the table.

MBA, Broker, and Industry Veteran: A strong foundation in finance, strategy, and market dynamics.

This background allows me to offer "fresh perspectives, new angles, and often unseen investment opportunities" that go beyond standard brokerage services.

Our Story

This philosophy is at the core of Sierra Creek Ventures.

We bring that same thoughtful, strategic, and deeply informed approach to real estate. We believe that true partnership comes from shared experience, and we've built our firm to be the strategic peer and advisor we wish we'd always had on our own real estate journeys

As a third-generation real estate professional, it all started learning the business as a child growing up.

The name "Sierra Creek Ventures" evokes memories of fishing trips with my dad – a place where strategy, insight and hands-on projects laid the foundation for the work we do today.

Two people enjoying a sunny day outdoors near a body of water with rocky hills in the background. One is a man wearing a plaid shirt, white T-shirt, black Adidas cap, and smiling. The other is a young woman with long dark hair, wearing a light green T-shirt and smiling. She is holding a stick, and the man is playfully making bunny ears behind her head.

You're not just hiring a broker;

You’re gaining a strategic partner who understands real estate from an owner's and developer's perspective.
